Allen Tucker

Founder & Chairman

 

As founder and Chairman of Tucker Enterprises, Mr. Tucker has been active in the Real Estate and Banking community for more than fifty years.  He currently holds the position of Vice Chairman of Unity Bank based in Clinton, New Jersey and is a founding member of 1st United Bank in Boca Raton, Florida.

 

Throughout his career he has developed both residential and industrial/commercial properties along the East Coast, from Massachusetts to Florida.  Mr. Tucker's expertise is most noted in land acquisition, municipal approvals and finance.  Mr. Tucker is a veteran of World War II and attended both Middlebury College and the NYU School of Business Administration.

Aaron Tucker

President & CEO

 

Mr. Tucker is responsible for overseeing the company's varied real estate and commercial operations.  Since becoming President in 1994, Aaron has directed the company's growth, primarily by identifying profitable opportunities in both residential and industrial development in the New Jersey and Pennsylvania markets.  He is a member of the board of directors of Unity Bank, Clinton, NJ, serving on its executive and loan committees.  He has also served on the Zoning Board of Adjustment for the Township of Millburn, New Jersey. Mr. Tucker holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University in Business Administration.

Hal Seltzer

Chief Operating Officer 

 

Mr. Seltzer joined the Tucker organization in 1978 and has been instrumental in the successful growth of our companies.  Mr. Seltzer holds an accounting degree and has over 44 years of financial experience in both the public and private sector.  He is responsible for all financial aspects of our organization: financing, investing, financial strategy and planning, implementing new procedures, budgeting, financial statements, tax issues, preparing financial reports and analyzing financial information. Mr. Seltzer is an integral part of our company's property management division, negotiating leases and overseeing properties.  Mr. Seltzer provides direction and leadership to accomplish the organization's goals

Ray Butler

Vice President

 

Mr. Butler serves as Vice President of Tucker Enterprises, concentrating his efforts in property acquisitions and land development.  He also assists in the New Construction and Property Management division of the company.  Mr. Butler joined the company in 1994, after working eleven years in various management positions for Dow Jones & Company.  He also has extensive teaching experience.  Mr. Butler holds a M.M. degree from Indiana University.

Jim Killeen

Chief Financial Officer

 

Mr. Killeen joined the Tucker organization in 2010 and brings over twenty-five years of financial and operational experience in real estate investments with expertise in property management, construction, hospitality and retail operations. His property management experience features residential, commercial and industrial properties. His many roles have included property manager, construction manager, CEO and Controller/CFO. His strong entrepreneurial background includes project analyses, property acquisitions, and multiple start-up retail operations. 

Melissa Hoffmann

Controller

 

Melissa Hoffmann joined the Tucker organization in 1992.  In her current capacity, Ms. Hoffmann works closely with the CFO and oversees the accounting department and operations.  Ms. Hoffmann holds an accounting degree and has over 25 years experience as a financial professional.  She has experience in budgeting, designing and implementing financial systems, internal control procedures and monitoring, AP/RP and financial statements and reporting. 

Ellen Mulligan

Property Manager

 

Ellen Mulligan joined the Tucker organization in 2003 with over 15 years of accounting and administrative experience in the residential leasing and building industry.  In her current capacity, Ms. Mulligan is involved in all aspects of property management and leasing operations pertaining to tenants and vendors.  She serves as a liaison between the tenants, vendors and property owners, making sure the properties operate efficiently.  Ellen holds a BS degree from Kean College in Business Administration.
